Namthip Paine

Namthip graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy’s P√Ętisserie and Baking Program, then worked in two of San Francisco’s finest kitchens, Luce at the Intercontinental Hotel, and Cortez, both of which earned Michelin stars during her tenure.

After a decade of teaching pastry technique out of her kitchen in San Francisco’s Mission district, she moved her kitchen to Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.
