Course Description:
Learning how to make macaron, can be frustrating. Mastering the right techniques, like whipping the egg whites properly, or checking the consistency of the batter makes all the difference between a successful macaron and repeated failures.

Course Outline:
- Introduction
- Macaron demonstration, using the Italian meringue method
- Hands-on practice
- Ganache demonstration
- Questions and answers

Fees for private lessons:

- $200 for one person
- $300 for 2 people
- $400 for 3-4 people
- $500 for 5 people
- $600 for 6-8 people

Location:
713 York Street (between 19th & 20th street)

Cancellations/Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued if you notify me at least 7 days prior to class date. After that, nothing is refundable. For example, if class is on Sunday, refunds will be issued through Wednesday.
- In case of low enrollment, I may cancel or postpone the class. Refunds will be issued if you decide not to wait.
