Learning how to make macaron, or “French macaroon”, can be frustrating. Mastering the right techniques, like whipping the egg whites properly, or checking the consistency of the batter makes all the difference between a successful macaron and repeated failures.
If you are a mac-aholic and want to master it, I can teach you.

Schedule:
- Private lesson scheduling is flexible. Contact me via email using the questions link at the bottom of this page.
Location:
- Classes are held in a private kitchen in San Francisco’s Mission district.
Cancellation:
- Refunds will be issued if you notify me at least 7 days prior to class date.
- After that, nothing is refundable.
- For example, if class is on Sunday, refunds will be issued through Wednesday.
- In case of low enrollment, I may cancel or postpone the class. Refunds will be issued if you decide not to wait.
